It's That Time of The Year Again!

ATD Austin is hosting the annual Leader in Learning program, which recognizes outstanding work in the learning and development arena.

To Apply? Click on the Leader-in-Learning Application on the Leader and Learning website and follow the submission instructions on the application.

What is the Leader in Learning award?

ATD Austin has an annual award that recognizes excellence in workplace learning and performance improvement. We do this to highlight talent development programs that enhance any aspect of organizational performance. The program can be on measurement and evaluation, learning or knowledge management, instructional design, training delivery, onboarding, etc. ATD Austin presents the award to an individual, group, or organization that shows exemplary talent development strategies.

 Who can apply?

We accept entries from individuals or teams based in the Austin area (Bastrop, Bell, Burnet, Caldwell, Hays, Travis and Williamson counties). We evaluate any talent development initiatives within the past three years from anywhere in the world, regardless of internal or external use.

 How are entries evaluated?

A team of learning and development professionals led by individuals who have the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential judge entries.

Why should I apply?

ATD Austin’s Leader in Learning Award is professional recognition for excellence in talent development. Reflect this accomplishment on your resume as validation from your profession. Receive acknowledgement from your leadership and clients on your accomplishment. In addition, applicants showcase the good work they do when they explain their project at ATD Austin's fall conference.

Need more information? More details are available at Leader-in-Learning Awards.
