Are you a new chapter member? Welcome to our community of local learning professionals! 

We want to make sure you get the most out of your membership. This page is a starting point, which will acquaint you with our local chapter.

Login at the top of any page. Be sure to use the e-mail address you gave with your application. (If you do not already have a password, click the Forgot Password link to receive e-mail instructions for setting your password.)

Once logged in, you will be able to search our members-only Directory. You will also be able to register for events. 


Attend an Upcoming Event

Austin ATD offers many professional development opportunities, including:

  • Chapter meetings - on the 3rd Friday of each month, we hold a luncheon meeting with a presentation relating to the core competencies in the learning & development profession. This is the primary meeting each month for our members, and it's a great networking opportunity. FREE to members!
  • SIG (Special Interest Group) meetings - focused on topics of interest to members in a particular niche or subgroup. These groups meet monthly or bimonthly...so if you don't see anything posted this month, be sure to check back soon. FREE to members!

  • Workshops - we frequently offer half- or full-day workshops for topics that require a deeper dive or a hands-on approach. The number of seats for most workshops is limited, so register early! Discounted for members!

All chapter members have access to the ATD Austin Slack group (an online group chat application).  Click HERE to join the group and introduce yourself!

Get Social with Other Members

We recommend that everyone get involved with our chapter's social media pages and groups. It's an easy way to find out about upcoming events, learn about workplace trends, and learn from your fellow members.


Volunteer

Your membership is like anything else in life -- the more you put in, the more you get back. Volunteering with our chapter is a great way to meet people and quickly develop a sense of community with other members.

Event Registration and Cancellation Policy: ATD Austin has implemented Event Registration and Cancellation Policy for its paid events. Event registration fees should be paid online by credit/debit card at the time of registration. If you need to cancel your registration, please contact administration@tdaustin.org. All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 administrative fee. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please contact ATD Austin.
