Keeping Engagement in Virtual Learning

with Dean Tilton

Are your webinars engaging? Do you have activities built in that are interesting and fun for the learners?

To get the state-of-the-art word on engaging learners in a virtual environment, we went to New Horizons Computer Learning Center, where virtually ALL their classes are conducted online. To help us "get the hang of it," we will have Dean Tilton, an award-winning online instructor give us a short demonstration. Afterwards, be sure to stick around for some lively discussion, a debrief of his methods, and some surprises.

Our fast-paced session will cover:

  •  Activities to engage the online learner
  •  How many activities are enough to maintain interest?
  • Which activities get the biggest response?
  •  Which activities make learning stick?
