CPLP Study Group - Coaching and Knowledge Management

In June we cover two modules in the CPLP curriculum. Coaching is about applying a systematic process to improve other people's ability to set goals, take action, and maximize their strengths. Knowledge Management is about capturing, distributing, and archiving intellectual capital to encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
