About the Presenter

Rachel Balke is Founder & CEO of Datababy, an AI-driven behavioral intelligence platform. A former D1 swimmer and SMU graduate in Mathematics, Economics, and Statistics, Rachel brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and deep curiosity about human behavior. She built Datababy at the intersection of AI, psychology, and collective intelligence, turning how people think and interact into measurable, actionable data.
