Steve Whiteford is a trainer, executive coach, and owner of Whiteford Resources. His business creates highly-effective practices for meeting the challenges of interpersonal communication in the workplace, and Steve is well known for his engaging, intuitive, and practical approach.
Whiteford Resources has worked with an array of corporate clients, from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies, in a variety of industries and sectors.
Steve is certified in EQi and EQ360, and he has used the instrument to design corporate leadership programs that include training and coaching. Steve is also Master Certified in MBTI, has taught DiSC since 1997, and is skilled in using multiple instruments and 360s.
