The fifth CPLP book covers facilitating organizational change, which includes:

  • Appreciative inquiry theory 
  • Action research theory
  • Organizational systems and culture
  • Change theory
  • Communication theory
  • Motivation theory
Participants should read CPLP book 5 prior to the session.
