About Your Facilitators:

Matt Fulmer is an instructional designer/learning and development professional who serves as the Director of Instructional Design at the Texas Association of School Business Officials, a nonprofit organization supporting public schools. Matt believes that love of learning must be inspired and strives to create learning experiences that are both engaging and experiential, with the overarching objective of inspiring and encouraging true self-directed learners. He began his professional journey as higher education faculty and transitioned to professional education. Matt holds a master’s degree in digital media from Goddard College, and recently completed an MS in Organizational Leadership at St. Edward’s University.

Kyle Wallace is Senior Instructional Design Manager at TASBO, working to develop online and hybrid course content and provide educational technology support for online learners. He graduated from UT-Austin and is currently pursing his Master's degree from Arizona State University. His background and experience has been in marketing, SaaS, and advertising but he is now combining those skills with his instructional design training to enhance learning experience. In his spare time, he created a non-profit dedicated to closing education and food inequities with focus on bridging the special education gaps in Texas schools. Outside of work, you can usually find Kyle copying the best bakes from the Great British Bake-off, building a chatbot for some random automation, or in the fall, you can always find him at DKR being loud and staying late.
