    Superpower: Scaling talent strategies for tech-forward companies

    Laura has been in professional services for more than 25 years advising top-level leaders  on their most challenging people problems. She designs, develops, and implements strategic, tech-forward talent solutions. She is the founder of Rockstar Employees because she believes that everyone deserves to be a rockstar at work.

    Erica Morgan 

    Superpower: Empathy, Facilitation, Culture Building

    Erica Morgan is a member of ATD who currently works in the finance industry at United Heritage Credit Union. She earned her APTD in 2022 and received her certification in Training Design and Delivery in 2023. She has been in the L&D space for over 10 years and approaches her work with a service mindset. Her goal is to empower individuals and teams to thrive and succeed through meaningful and engaging learning experiences.

     Jeff Johannigman

    Superpower: Career Exploration and Guidance

    Jeff Johannigman is the founder of People Type Consulting, an Austin-based firm that works with companies who want to improve their teamwork and leadership, and with individuals who want to find more fulfilling careers. Jeff’s career spans a broad spectrum of industries, including software startups, non-profit agencies, universities, and Fortune 50 corporations. He established one of the country's first alumni career service programs for the University of Texas, managed worldwide staffing for IBM's Tivoli Systems, and has personally coached hundreds of individuals to find greater career success and fulfillment.

     Theresa Teasley-Dergham

    Superpower: My superpower is making people feel comfortable enough to share insights and confide in me things they wouldn’t tell others and sometimes don’t even want to admit to themselves. 

    Theresa is a driven and passionate expert who believes technology and processes are meant to support people (and businesses). That change can be comfortable and quick given the right tools and support. As someone who has found herself in different locations across the globe since her birth, she focuses on others' experiences and cultures to help drive organizational transformation and development. And she uses that expertise in change management, human behavior, employee experience, and decision-making as an internal consultant on all types of programs and projects mainly in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries. 

    Shauna Herman 

    Super Power: Insanely curious learner focused on helping people succeed

    Shauna Herman is a long time member of ATD who currently works in Sales Enablement at Snowflake, Inc. She earned her CPLP in 2013 and recertified in 2017. She has been working in learning development for over 20 years and is always looking for something new to learn!
