Program Description:

Have you or your company taken the plunge into eLearning only to find yourself treading water in the deep end without a life jacket? This one-day workshop is designed to help you keep your head above water - and get your eLearning flowing in the right direction. 

After starting off in the shallow end - covering some of the basics about eLearning and how to get started - you’ll move into deeper water with more detailed discussions designed to help you make better informed decisions. Experts with years of experience in the eLearning field will share ideas and best practices to help you design eLearning that will make a splash.

About the Facilitator:

Bernice WillisBernice Williams is the Manager of Instructional Systems Design at MTS Technologies, Inc. 

As a workplace learning and performance professional, she has more than 10 years of experience in adult education and distance learning in various corporate, governmental, and military institutions. Her work has included designing individual projects, leading and managing teams comprised of over 20 ISDs, and managing eLearning courseware projects as large as 160 hours. 

Ms. Willis holds a Masters of Education in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
