We Have Liftoff! Launching our new Leadership Community of Practice

With Laura Hume – Director of the Leadership CoP

In this inaugural session, Laura will share the 4H Leadership Framework she developed that marries the elements of human performance that she studied during her PhD program at UT with the business know-how she has gained in her 25+ years in professional services.

She will use the framework to get a better collective understanding of what ATD Austin members would like to see from this new CoP.

Although Leadership is a new CoP for ATD Austin, the topic of Leadership is woven throughout ATD’s Talent Development Capability Model which has aspects of Leadership in all three of its main categories*:
