If you think about your business organization, it’s probably a lot like a family. Just like a family, your business may be either fully functional or dysfunctional. We’ve all seen it before. We’ve walked into a business, a bank, or a restaurant and gotten a feeling that the employees didn’t want to be there, and they’d be happier if the customers didn’t show up.


On the other hand, we’ve all walked into businesses where the people genuinely seem to enjoy each other’s presence. The employees appear happy and it shows in their quality of work, which infuses your experience as a customer.

   
ABOUT CLIFF NOTES CLUB SIG
  • The SIG allows you to review a book's content quickly via audio and join in active discussion with the group. Attendees then have the opportunity to decide if buying a book for in-depth reading would complement learning strategies or workplace training and management teams
  • Networking begins at 6:45 pm and the audio review begins at 7 pm. Food and drink are allowed
  • Advance registration is required to ensure there are enough transcripts for everyone. Bring note-taking supplies; transcripts will be available but collected back to preserve copyright.
