By building your coaching skills, you can become a more effective and influential communicator.
In this highly experiential presentation, you'll see coaching demonstrations, experience a coaching conversation with a partner, and enjoy other interactive learning that the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) is famous for.
During this session, you will:
- Identify the difference between a regular conversation and a coaching conversation
- Explore the 4 cornerstones of the Co-Active™ Coaching Mindset
- Discover the 3 levels of listening, and experience how a conversation shifts depending on how you focus your listening
- Learn the art of asking powerful questions
- Practice a coaching conversation so that you will be able to use your new skills confidently in your personal and professional life
