About the Speaker

Suzette is the Director of Author Education for the largest self-publishing company in the U.S. She has a background in program management, consulting, process engineering, instructional design, and training facilitation. 

She has been active in ASTD for several years, having served as the co-leader of the eLearning/Instructional Design SIG in 2010 and the Social Media Advisor to the board in 2011.
