How to Deliver Totally AWESOME Training

Program Description:

Whether a seasoned trainer, a new trainer, or an aspiring trainer – you can always use new ideas and inventive techniques that work. Join us for a highly interactive and fast-paced session focused on how to become a more dynamic trainer.

This presentation will show participants how to tap creative resources to motivate learners. It also covers strategies to overcome a variety of common training challenges.

Participants will learn:

  • Tips for making training more stimulating and effective
  • Creative techniques for motivating adult learners
  • Ways to grab your learners’ attention and hold it
  • Effective tools for getting participants involved and engaged in the training
  • Solutions for revising and adapting training to meet your needs

This is a valuable training tutorial for trainers at all levels of experience, as well as anyone who wants to deliver more memorable presentations.

About the Speaker:

Monica CornettiMonica Cornetti is the owner of EntrepreNow!, a business training and consulting firm. With more than 20 years of experience in the corporate, non-profit, and academic sectors, she has solid expertise in bringing excellence to organizations through leadership and training.

Monica’s client list includes Proctor & Gamble, Severn Savings Bank, The Nature Conservancy, American Fidelity, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and many more.

She is a graduate of Seton Hill and The University of Houston-Victoria, where she earned a master’s degree in Economic Development and Entrepreneurship. Her passion centers around helping entrepreneurs take their business to the next level of success and significance.
