Are you seeking a new job opportunity, or interested in joining the training profession? Join us the second Tuesday of even months to learn new strategies for your job search, get job openings, and network with others.

This month's topic: Inspiring Trust in Your Job Search
 with Kim Carpenter, Executive Coach

If you want them to hire you, they’ve got to trust you. You’ve also got a super short window of time to achieve that. So, how can you foster trust quickly while remaining true to who you are?

In this session, Kim Carpenter will facilitate a discussion where we’ll be invited to share our collective experiences and learning to support one another. Kim will share her Connected Communication principles and discuss how: Clarity + Integrity = Trust.

Come ready to share and participate so we can leverage the amazing collective wisdom of this group!

In this facilitated session, we’ll explore:

  • The most efficient things you can do to build trust and credibility
  • Why clarity is important in creating trust – both from your side to the hiring party, and also from their side to you
  • What is integrity and how can you demonstrate it in your online profile and resume, and verbally in your conversations?
  • What experiences you have had that either build or diminish trust?
