If you want them to hire you, they’ve got to trust you. You’ve also got a super short window of time to achieve that. So, how can you foster trust quickly while remaining true to who you are?

In this session, Kim Carpenter will facilitate a discussion where we’ll be invited to share our collective experiences and learning to support one another. Kim will share her Connected Communication principles and discuss how: Clarity + Integrity = Trust.

Come ready to share and participate so we can leverage the amazing collective wisdom of this group!

In this facilitated session, we’ll explore:

  • The most efficient things you can do to build trust and credibility
  • Why clarity is important in creating trust – both from your side to the hiring party, and also from their side to you
  • What is integrity and how can you demonstrate it in your online profile and resume, and verbally in your conversations?
  • What experiences you have had that either build or diminish trust?
