Technical Training 9-1-1

NOTE: Register by Jan 15 to reserve a lunch.

Program Description:

It’s all too easy to create interesting, interactive training for “soft skill” topics like communication and customer service. But “hard skills” offer a tougher challenge. How do you engage – even energize – your learners when your topic is complex, technical, and…well, kind of boring?

Rather than create another “Death By PowerPoint” session, join this Lunch & Learn session to explore a new approach. This presentation will include:

  • How to add some style to your training while keeping the substance
  • How to look at your topic from a new point of view
  • How to use games and metaphors to enhance technical training

Workplace Learning & Performance Competencies:·

  • Designing Learning
  • Delivering Training
