While managing the operations side of the learning and development department for KWU, Haley was integral in researching and procuring KWUs learning management system that will be the foundation for the experiential learning environment KW is building. Haley believes that people are capable of incredible things when they have the tools they need to make the right connections. To be a part of an organization like KW that challenges conventional thinking and advances new models of learning and doing excites her.
