Do you ever find yourself in the predicament of too much content and too little time? It may be time for you to explore the DACUM Model. This research-based curriculum development model serves as a guide for identifying the critical content to include in your next learning initiative and the most effective approach for evaluating the effectiveness of your program.

The DACUM approach gathers essential knowledge and skills from high-performers within a job role or occupation during a focus group process. This information then becomes the foundation for building your next training program and other performance improvement interventions.

Join Nicki Sheridan, Training Director at Rialto Academy, and get inspired to leverage the DACUM model and best practices within your next learning initiative.
