One proven solution is using a checks and balances learning experience design system to ensure training content aligns with your performance improvement goals.

She brings the worlds of rigorous research and interdisciplinary teaching to her design and delivery of learning initiatives for corporate, nonprofit, and higher education audiences in the United States and abroad. A highly proficient public speaker, writer, and project director, Alaina has over 12 years of experience in teaching, learning experience design, program management, and educational evaluation.
