Meet the presenter:

    Sandy Ingrando is a Sr. Performance and Organization Effectiveness Consultant at Sodexo with 20 years of experience leading large-scale change initiatives. She provides guidance and coaching to leaders and teams in developing their vision, goals and strategies to overcome hurdles that will allow them to reach their greatest potential, build stronger team morale, engagement and overall business success.

    Sandy has a B.A. from Canisius College. M.S. in Organizational Leadership from St. Joseph’s University.
