L&D needs to spark innovation to support, grow skills (future and in-demand skills) and enable our organizations as key business partners.  To that end, ATD is transforming from their Competency Model to Capability Model that defines the knowledge and skills a successful L&D professionals need to be successful.

Join Degreed's Jeff Croson who will share vision for the future skills and explore how technology is creating a new future-skills economy and the ways in which L&D can support learning for the future.

Jeff Croson is a veteran of the learning and development industry. He has over 15 years consulting driving the achievement of individuals and organizations through the use of learning technology. While serving as a Degreed Director of Enterprise Sales based in Texas Jeff has brought Degreed’s technology to many companies including PepsiCo, Ericsson and USAA.
