LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem solving technique that uses hands-on visual and interactive tools. The methodology draws on extensive research from business, organizational development, psychology, and adult learning. It is a highly-interactive and experiential approach which taps an organization’s collective knowledge to enhancing business performance, innovation, and organizational development.

This powerful interactive approach is a facilitated thinking, communication, and problem-solving technique that uses LEGOs as hands-on visual and interactive tools. When we use our hands in learning, a process takes place that generates a powerful emotional charge. As a result, when we build with our hands, our thoughts and ideas tend to have greater detail, and we can understand and remember them more easily. Everyone bonds and actively participate as they problem-solve together, all while having fun in an environment that encourages free idea generation

Join Bridge 3's Founder and President, Jonathan Silk and discover how LEGO SERIOUS PLAY can improve client communication, find solutions to messy problems or build new business models.

Jonathan Silk is an experienced organizational leader and organizational leadership coach and a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, with a proven record of leading and developing organizations to perform at higher levels and improve their overall effectiveness.
