Leigh Mires has been Chief Learning in two different organizations – a 10,000+ employee healthcare company and a global consulting engineering firm with 38 offices worldwide. Leigh has designed and built talent development infrastructures for several organizations and has more than 20 years of experience in training and organizational development. Leigh now maintains a private consulting and coaching practice, The Mires Collaborative, which focuses on helping individuals and organizations navigate change.

 Leigh holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Psychology and Human Development from Texas Tech University, a teaching certificate in English and History, a Professional in Human Resources certificate, and a certificate in evidenced-based coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
