Our ATD Austin SIG held the 2^nd month of each quarter on 4^th Tuesdays! 

Session leaders are local CPLPs who have a range of work responsibilities. Each CPLP SIG host will select a talent discussion topic relevant to their interests.

Join Joan Maddux, CPLP in an open discussion as we share the challenges we face when our resources are drastically reduced and how we overcome them.

Joan Maddux is a talent development partner for the nonprofit organization Trellis Company and has over 20 years’ experience in learning and performance. In 2017 her organization was the recipient of  ATD Austin’s Leader in Learning award for the work they were just beginning.
