In this hands-on workshop:

Jill Margos will share tips and best practices from 20+ years of expertise as an instructional designer and program manager. She will show different levels of storyboarding from simple scripts for eLearning, to action mapping for tools and process courses, to complex formal storyboards for larger eLT or ILT courses.

Participants will learn how to develop a formal storyboard for a simple or complex design project, use an action map to list process steps before designing a course, and leave the session with the beginning design of a storyboard for a current or upcoming project.

About the Facilitator:

Jill Margos manages the onboarding program at Dell. She has extensive experience managing the instructional design of Dell Sales Tools such as SalesForce.com, Premier, and Business Management Systems. Additionally, she has worked on instructional design projects for key territory management, planning and customer reference programs, which included process and tools best practices and usage.
