Come learn from a 2017 Leader in Learning candidate!

Dealing with myriad departments in a complex company environment can be difficult to:

  • Marry the training project plan with the implementation project plan,
  • Avoid scope creep on objectives and deliverables, and yet
  • Positively impact the business and be flexible enough to roll with last-minute changes

In this session, Nickie Carstarphen will share her hard-earned knowledge and lessons learned through the tools and processes developed to corral small problems before they grow into big escalations. She will demonstrate tools she developed while transforming the global training implementations for HRO call center clients. The tools were tested and refined while working with internal operations in North America, Europe, and Asia/Pacific for over 30 global clients in 75 countries.

Bring your questions, challenges, and curiosity as we work together to brainstorm solutions using Nickie’s experience, processes and tools.
