This presentation will explain how organizational development professionals can easily start a virtual professional book club for their company as a high impact learning program for both millennials and other staff. Virtual book clubs offer the benefit of connecting staff together from anywhere in the world with the flexibility to participate at whatever time works best for each participant. The result is a learning program that many staff, particularly millennials, crave at little or no cost to the organization. Virtual book club participants routinely experience a 30% or greater increase in satisfaction with both their opportunities for professional development and the amount of time they commit to professional development. This webinar will explain options for how to structure a program, share tips for implementation and pitfalls you should avoid.
