Come discover practical beyond the classroom activities

You can implement on the job!

Does your organization want you to deliver faster, shorter, and more relevant learning options? Are you prepared for your expanded talent development role?

The 70-20-10 model provides guidance for our role as talent developers and technology opens exciting doors for delivering learning. We are experts at delivering the 10 percent formal learning in classrooms or virtually, but are you prepared for a role beyond instructor-led training?

Packed with practical and innovative delivery methods, you will leave this session with:

  • Ready-to-use learning activities addressing the other 90 percent.
  • A template you can apply to design beyond-the-classroom options that you can customize for your organization.
  • A four-step plan to increase supervisor involvement in developing employees.
  • Personalized solutions to a development problem you've experienced as a talent development professional.
  • A content-complete handout.

...And don't forget your business cards for a chance to win one of Elaine Biech's books to get even more ideas!
