Navigating the Rise of Technology: Both in L&D and Our Organizations

These days, everywhere you turn, you are confronted by new and different technology. You may even be reading this on your mobile device. Very few people are comfortable with the rapid pace of change that is now occurring in our organizations and now that change is coming to our learning technologies too!

Join Michelle Spencer for this session to get some strategies for navigating this ever-changing technology landscape for both your L&D teams and your organization.

About our presenter:

Michelle Spencer

Founder, Legal Learning Development Network

Michelle’s skills reside at the intersection of people, processes, technology, and learning. She is that person who can translate technology for non-technical people, and manage projects by getting groups connected and communicating, enabling them to work effectively towards their end goal.

  • If you need someone to get the best out of your team, identify their individual strengths, or lead them to stretch beyond their current skills, she can do that.
  • Need assistance configuring Microsoft Office or help with Office 365 and the cloud? She can put together an all-star desktop setup that will save you loads of time.
  • Implementing an LMS or other learning technology? She is adept at managing learning and development projects from both technical and human perspectives.

Let Michelle’s knowledge from three decades spent on legal and IT project and training teams help you identify ways to leverage technology, teamwork and better workflows to improve your life and business.
