Crack the Code on Leadership as the Competitive Advantage

Leaders today face a dizzying array of challenges –

  • Rapidly escalating complexity
  • Uncertainty
  • An accelerating pace of change
  •  Market volatility
  •  ...and much more!

To meet these challenges, leaders must evolve their conscious competence both individually and collectively with their executive teams to be competitive, effective and deliver desired results.

Sheila Buechler of LaunchBox Coaching, Yvonne Ingalls of Holosophy Leadership and Keith Lewis of VeraSpark Consulting will provide insight, experiential learning and integrative discussion to discover how leaders reveal the unlocking moves in individual and collective business effectiveness. We will introduce you to powerful tools, including the groundbreaking work of Bob Anderson and Bill Adams, authors of the recently released book Mastering Leadership and thought leaders in the Universal Model of Leadership. We will share the data linking specific leadership competencies to effective leadership and to business results.

We invite you to experience this model, which addresses the demands on leaders by mapping out what extraordinary leaders do and offers our proven, systematic and scalable approach to leadership development. This work integrates the best theory and research in the fields of Leadership and Organizational Development over the last half century, and is unique and groundbreaking in the field.
