Rapid Development Tool Shootout

Host: Heather Poggi-Mannis

Have you ever imaged seeing three trainings, side-by-side, using different platforms? Now you can. We will be comparing Storyline2, Captivate, and Lectora in creating a simple online training.  We have supplied the storyboard and associated assets to a designated developer who uses their respective tool regularly. They will develop the final online training BEFORE the meeting and then we will have a panel discussion review of each finished lesson. The objective of the meeting is to highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each tool. You will see demonstrated:

  • The same learning goal, executed in three different platforms
  • A discussion of the pros and cons of each tool
  • Behind-the-scenes look at each tool
