The Job Seeker's Mindset
with Wendy Nolin, Change Agent Careers

Wendy Nolin of Change Agent Careers is going to challenge you to think about your job search from a different perspective. Instead of focusing on what you’re doing, she’s going to encourage you to look at who you’re being and how it’s affecting your ability to implement a successful job search.

Based on the book The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, Wendy will present six daily actions job seekers can focus on to get into the right mindset. You will learn:

  • Why your mindset as a job seeker is so important
  • How to overcome fears
  • How to focus on and influence positive outcomes
  • 6 Daily actions to change how you are being in your job search

About Wendy Nolin

Wendy Nolin is the President of Change Agent Careers, a career development and business coaching firm started in 2008.  Wendy has nearly two decades of career development and management experience working with executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and managers to take their career to the next level.
Prior to starting her coaching practice, Wendy’s career spanned sales, coaching, and training leadership roles in the airline industry and luxury retail. After two successful decades, Wendy reached that point that many of her clients also reach:  feeling like she was in the Career Spin Cycle. Working with her own coach, Wendy founded Change Agent Careers, to help people like her who were stuck in the spin cycle find the right career for the right reasons.
Wendy is a subject matter expert in the career development space, and has spoken at numerous conferences locally and nationally.

Note: This SIG is open to the public and free of charge. Please bring friends and family who may be job seeking.
