CPLP Study Group - Managing Learning Programs and Integrated Talent Management

This session is a part of the CPLP Cohort 2014-2015.

In this session we cover two modules in the CPLP curriculum. Managing Learning Programs is about providing leadership to execute an organization's people strategy by implementing training projects and activities. Integrated Talent Management is about building and organization's culture, capability, capacity, and engagement through talent acquisition and employee development.

Cohort members should prepare for this session by referring to the CPLP Wiki- see the prep material and study guides under the CPLP 2014-15 folder.
