Measuring On-the-Job Behaviors (and Training Impact)

Join us for the April Feet on the Street SIG where fellow Talent Development professionals share something they are currently working on.

Why do we find ourselves putting all our effort into after-course surveys? The business world is rapidly changing and how we measure our impact is more important than ever. Join us for an informal discussion where we answer three questions to help understand new methods and ways to empower ourselves to measure our trainings at a higher level.

Fred Kirby is training developer and project manager with his MBA and CPLP. His work experience and passion revolves around supporting the customer experience. He’s held management positions and supported contact center, roofing, and rental cars sectors. He loves accreditations and is currently studying for his PMP.

Session leaders are local CPLPs who have a range of work responsibilities. Each CPLP SIG host will select a talent discussion topic relevant to their interests.
